The O'Briens, a retired couple, were renovating their house and saw a smart lighting ad on TV. 

They contacted us with an idea to make some of their indoor and outdoor lights smart. We automated all lights in the main living area and bedroom and upgraded all outdoor lights to smart sensor lights. 

Now all the smart lights are programmed to come on just before before sunset and off at 11:30PM.

The outside lights then perform as standard sensor lights for the rest of the night.

The app is so user friendly that both clients can easily manage it. They also have the option of operating the system via smart speaker commands.

Esther contacted us about wiring her house for audio. She requested a system that could play spotify, her personal music collection and stream live radio. We designed a system that let her play different music in each room or the same music in all rooms. She has the radio set to come on every morning as an alarm in the kitchen and bedroom. She has the kitchen speakers connected to the TV so can see and hear the TV clearly as this is where she spends most of her time. She also had a hard drive fitted with her entire music collection which is all fully controlled from her phone or tablet.

The client was beginning a new build. We discussed lighting and audio solutions. Their initial requirements were for a specific selection of rooms automated with lights & audio but we ran cables to all the remaining rooms in order to futureproof the entire build.

They have since added patio speakers and outdoor WiFi, which was straightforward, as the cabling was already in place.

Mood lighting was set, to turn on lamps around the house just before sunset.

The clients are delighted and said they haven't touched a light switch since they moved in.

Additionally, automated electric gates have since been fitted, again an easy job as the conduit & cabling were pre-installed.
